By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointments & Late Policy
A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
10–20 minutes late: Service will be adjusted to the remaining time available.
20+ minutes late: Considered a no-show and subject to an 80% fee of the scheduled service.
2. Cancellation Policy
A British Touch Skincare reserves the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service for appointments cancelled without at least 24 hours' notice.
Some exceptions may apply.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Without proper notice, the time cannot always be filled, resulting in loss of income.
3. Payment Policy
A valid card on file is required to book an appointment.
Your card will not be charged until your service is completed unless cancellation or no-show policies apply.
4. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable.
If retail products are offered in the future:
Products must be unopened and returned within 7 days.
Opened or used products are non-refundable.
5. Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from purchase date.
Gift cards may be voided if there are unpaid balances on file.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Medical Disclosure & Eligibility
Clients must disclose all medications, skin conditions, and health concerns prior to treatment.
Clients using Retinol, Retin-A, or prescription topicals must discontinue use 5–7 days prior to service.
Clients currently on Accutane are not eligible for services and must wait 12 months after completing treatment before booking.
Failure to disclose medical information may result in refusal of service and/or limited liability.
If full medical details are not shared with us , A British Touch Skincare will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur.
7. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary. A British Touch Skincare does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes.
8. Conduct Policy
We maintain a professional, respectful, and judgment-free environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.
9. Location Information
We are located in Vintage Park, off Louetta Rd & Highway 249 inside Salon Boutique – Suite 44.
Directions are provided on our website for both front and rear entrances.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
We have these policies in place as your booked time is reserved for you and without at least 24 hours notice, it is not guaranteed that your spot can be used for someone else, resulting in loss of income. Thank you so much for understanding.
